Important Information

Shipping

As each product is hand crafted and "made to order" it will be subject to capacity, inventory, and availability, therefore delivery time may vary between one (1) to three (3) weeks for fully framed pieces. These are individually quality checked to the highest standard to ensure you, the customer, is completely satisfied. However, for prints only, you can expect delivery between five (5) and (7) working days.

We are a small (but growing) business and I am afraid that we cannot at this stage offer shipping outside of the M25. If however you do want your order to be delivered outside the M25, please get in touch, either by the contact form or sending an email directly to harry@harrywaterton.com, and we can discuss the options available at an additional cost to you. We are hopeful that we can extend our shipping reach in the very near future, so please keep an eye out. Thank you for your understanding.

I like to meet as many of my clients as possible so if you live in South West London I would love to be able to hand deliver this myself. So let me know in the message box when purchasing and I will be in touch.

Returns

Every product sold by Harry Waterton Photography (HWP) is “made to order,” which means it is specifically manufactured just for you only after you have placed your Order. Accordingly, HWP does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for Orders. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from the moment the Order is placed. If you believe you have made a mistake with your Order, please contact us immediately at harry@harrywaterton.com.

On rare occasions, one or more products in an Order may be damaged while in transit in possession of our shipping partners. If one or more of your product(s) arrives damaged, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage including images of the packaging to harry@harrywaterton.com. In cases where one or more product(s) is materially damaged, HWP may elect to restore or replace the damaged product(s) in HWP’s sole discretion following a review of the photos submitted (“Damage Review”). If requesting a Damage Review, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following: 1) photos of damaged areas of product(s) must be clearly visible and submitted in .jpeg or .png format; 2) photos of damage must be received by HWP no fewer than seventy-two (72) hours following the indicated delivery date of the applicable Order by the shipping provider responsible for delivering the Order; 3) photos of the damage must have been taken immediately following receipt of the product(s), and the product(s) must not have been hung, placed or otherwise installed prior to photos of the damage being taken; 4) a Damage Review requires a minimum of thirty (30) business days to complete, and HWP may elect to replace or repair the damaged product in its sole discretion; and 5) the delivery of a replacement product, if any, will be subject to then existing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability and shipping timing, and you may be responsible for payment of return shipping in the event that HWP elects to repair or replace the product(s).

Product

Every material used to construct each product has been carefully handpicked by Harry and his team. The paper used is the highest quality fine art paper, Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Satin, which gives a beautifully textured matte finish. The frames are handmade to fit each piece and finished to the highest quality. There are two options to the glass used, the first is regular art glass. The second is Artglass AR 70 which is anti-reflective, protects the print from up to 70% UV rays, is extremely durable and easy to clean. This Artglass protects and displays artworks in the most prestigious museums around the world.

All artworks are hand crafted and made-to-order specifically for you.
